bldg contractor looking for investor to build spec homes in mexico

My wife and I are looking to relocate in mexico preferably on the east coast or west coast, I own and operate a construction business in Sonora Ca My wife is a realtor and unlicensed teacher with small business managment background. I have owned my business since 1990 and have been in the bldg trades since 1983 we are both 44yrs old we have 2 teenage daughters and we would love to relocate on the coast we have been to the west side mainly pv 4 or 5 times and the east coast cancun 3 times. Im looking for an investor that would like to work with a American contractor I am not bilingual.
