My mother is an artsy senior whose dream is to move to Mexico. She is low income, but not destitute. she is healthy and still works full time. She is looking for other fun/artsy people that might be interested in relocating. Or any information about moving on a below average american income. thank you

In Mexico "Denaro byla perro" is a saying that your mother needs to remember

translated it means "money for the dog to dance"

It really means if you don't have money don't go to Mexico (35% of mexicans go north for a reason)
