Hi, My name is Marilyn and I am in the process of building an Antique/Craft Mall. Anyone who would be interested in renting a space please contact me. We will be open 6 days per week, and on Saturdays anyone renting a space will be allowed to bring in items on the property to sell additional items at NO EXTRA COST. We are on the corner of Hwy 79 and Franke in Winfield.We plan on opening the first week of May. We are about 12 Miles from hwy 70 and are on Hwy 79 so there is a ton of traffic. Here are the booth sizes

10' X 7' $100.00 monthly

20' X 7' $180.00 monthly

16' of shelf unit (4 shelves ea 4' long)$45.00 monthly

4' Display Counter $50.00 monthly

Small Display $25.00 monthly

Plus 10% of sales to cover taxes and credit/debit card fees
