im holding a bake sale in missouri city tx. illegal? im holding a bake sale in missouri city texas for the share our strength's GABS. I read that it might be illegal to sell homemade goods to the public w/o a permit, unless maybe its a non-profit thing? im planning to approach HEB and maybe at my community college. does anyone know anything about this? i emailed the city i want to hold it at, but boi do they take a while to respond... im holding a bake sale in missouri city tx. illegal?
