Susan (128.135.26.69) -

Predatory guardianships are on the increase in probate courts across the country. They are taking place in Missouri right now, right under the nose of the very officials we believe we should trust. Greene County is not exempt.

America's elderly are increasingly at risk of losing their life savings, their property, and even their lives at the hands of such predators who are twisting and perverting laws meant to protect the eldery in order to achieve financial gain.

The problem is not exclusive to corrupt judges, but without corrupt judges, predatory guardianships would not succeed. And yet the problem extends to lawyers, family services workers, home health care workers, and even doctors who are working together to trample upon the rights of vulnerable elderly people.

If you know of someone who has suffered or is now suffering from such orgnaized elder abuse, please go immediately to the web site included in this email: http://stopguardianabuse.org/ and read about what a group of angry families are doing to put a stop to this heinous form of elder abuse. Follow the links. Find our private discussion gropu, log on and get involved!
