Hello,
Anyone have any ideas where a good bar is to meet women?

It is not necessary to go to a bar or hotel to meet up with heaps of women in UB. You can meet them everywhere, street, restaurants, markets, shopping centers even grocery stores. But the quickiest will be at the Strings disco and many well known pubs/bars round the city such as The Grand Irish, Dublin, Ux Mongol, California, BDs etc, etc., my best bet to you is The Grand Irish or the Ux Mongol....EASY! Good Luck mate!
