I think its not good idea, at this moment, to live in Morocco as single and foreigner woman alone with your kid. You have to estabilish some trustworthy connections to protect you and help you to succeed.

About your question, the highest French speaking communities are concentrated in Casablanca and Rabat and their regions.

You have to be very carefull.
