there are good places in agadir city to buy appartements or house , and there are some appartements with seaview in a village close to agadir locatin called TAGHAZOUT with wonderful beach moreover sunny weather and big waves to see

I think that the safest way to buy in Morocco is to go through an international network such as Century 21. They are now in Morocco and they provide a very good service.

To buy house/flat in Agadir, the best way is to visit the city first.

I bought flat in agadir last year 2 bedroom /bath room /toilet and cost me around £20K , .do not try to buy it near the sea area .its very expensive.look around Salam district/Huda area.

Taxi to sea resorts are very cheap , Travel time from Salam area to beach is around 20 minutes by Taxi. and will cost you around 1.5 euros.

I am told that buying property in Anchor Point, taghazout or Aourir is quite delicate.Al properties sold there have no title deeds unless bought direct from a developer.This causes a big problem as one can then never be sure that one is the owner and one day a family member of the seller could easily reclaim back the property.That is the reason why NO real estate agency in Agadir will sell property in these areas.

Have you ever dreamt of having your own villa at 100 metres from the nicest beach around Agadir ( 25 kms north of Agadir, Immiouaddar, Aghroud)? WELL it is time to take the bull by the horns, I have a plot ( with deeds obviously) with planning permission mesuring 313 m2 for a detached villa. You are allowed to have a basement, an upper ground floor, a first floor and a terrace on the top. Think of all the space you could have and the rent you could make out of it if you divide it into several flats.
