i realy feel pit for rural students especially where i came from , they work long distances going to schools where they do not even have enough educational materials , while hundreds of schools are being build in towns.If you ask some of these learners what is internet , they will reply :we have never heard of such a funy word , when you ask them wether they have seen a computer they will ask you if you gone mad because they think and they feel that what you are asking them never exist.plz i need a solution to ths problem !this needs a critical observation and stratagies
