Whilst I lived in Namibia I was employed at Namibia Primary School, Katatura since January 1992 - August 2001 as a subject head for the following subjects at school: Science, Art, Music and Drama. I served as teacher/student Co-ordinator at school for our student teachers from U.N.A.M and Windhoek College Of Education. I also served on the Psychological Association in Namibia with psychologists such as Mr. Shawn Whitteker. I was also a part-time lecturer for TEFL at the Polytechnic of Namibia and a lecturer at Namcol.

I left Namibia during 2001 to study and teach in the U.K. with my family. Now that my children have finished their education I wish to return to Namibia as I am still a Namibian Citizen.

In London, U.K. I was appointed as a Primary School Teacher followed by becoming a Secondary School Teacher in the areas of Science, Textiles, Food Technology, Social Sciences, Educational Psychology and History.

I was promoted to become a principal of a private school and college which is now affiliated to the University of London.

My duties are to manage the staff and children at school, liase with parents and Local Authorities, manage the fees and accounts department carry out full diagnostic observations and assessments (including recommendations of students and staff prepare and maintain Ofsted inspection standards at school, Curriculum planning, Arrange modules, deliver lectures to adult students as per modules invite guest lecturers, liase with internal/and external moderators to keep up the standards of the college, develop individual learning plans, develop, prepare and organise materials to support students and staff, track record, review and report on Students' progress. Promote an inclusive Learning Approach within the units and accross the college.
