..i think the people have sufferred...as all people caught in the middle of political instability do....once wars are started and enemies are made...they rarely end....nor do enemies become friends again.....
...wounds take a very long time to heal...wars (even socio-political ones) even longer...
..in such...the nepali artist will have less time to create from a quieted mind...and in that respect...yes nepalese art will suffer too....
...however...much great art comes from strife...artists often choose the hardest paths.....our own pilgrimage...and from such strife comes beauty....it is in the artists ability to turn pain into pleasure...and then communicate it through a great work of art...
