Hi everyone!

I hope to find some help here. I will shortly outline my situation:

We are a group of friends from Switzerland and we would like to produce Skateboards and merchandise products in Nepal, have a shop in Kathmandu and sell the goods on the internet or ship it to Switzerland and sell it to shops there.

None of us is a Nepali citizen.

Well, to ask straigh away: What are we supposed to do?

Hey Sam,

Im a nepali citizen and im currently back here in Nepal.I think ill be here now for quite some time.I also had the same idea of opening a company like yours.OK here's my solution to your question.I will open a company and after ive done it i will send you sponsor letters by the name of the company saying that you are the partial proprietor of it.The embassy will surely allow you then.I will pay half the amount of building the company.
