Illetrate communities need educated Environmentalist and enrgetic volunteers Nepal Integrated Conservation and Development Society (NICDS) is a non profitable organization working in hilly region of nepal among the illetrate communities. Hilly region of nepal is affected by climate change induce disaster, thus people their need a educate and energetic volunteers to help them in agricultural system , agroforestry , herbs , etc
