Hello, I was employed in Iraq working for KBR and i worked along side Nepal electricians and they used to make me a chicken curry and rice dish that i am craving since i came back to the states.
The rice was plain white rice but they had a sauce they called pickle but it was a tomato, onion spicy mixture that was very hot and you mixed with the rice.
It was a very good meal, i lost contact with them when i came home, it recipes will be greatly appreciated.
