I believe a strong value-added opportunity exists for those interested in investing now in the USA. I am consultant based in Florida with extensive experience in site selection of income property as well as land for commercial development. I have personally witnessed a great return to foreign investors who take advantage of a strong exchange rate. I will be in Amsterdam December 26th-30th and am available for a brief meeting if interested.
