My name is Veena Sarajit from Ostrom Ltd I am the agent for Melka who has been bought from BMB. We do quality control for their shirts.

Our company, Ostrom Ltd has been active in the men's dress shirt agent business since 1995.

Our company started with The Shirtmaker from Sweden, The Shirt Factory, Blount & Pool and is currently working with Melka Sweden.

At the beginning we were in charge of sourcing the fabric for the shirt from different weaving factories, arranging material for sample production.

Inspection of fabric, correct color settings and daily information on all aspects of textile sourcing is included in our daily handling of our customer support.

We have been sourcing the producers and alternative producers if there have been shortage of production space in one factory.

We control the factory production, labels, hangtags, arrival of fabric, production start, in house control at start at 10 % of production, 30 %, 60 % and final inspection before packing. We QC very strictly and make sure that the shirts will leave in a quality acceptable to our clients.

Melka, who has been bought by another company recently, has visited us and in a discussion the new company had with us it was mentioned, that the only product Melka salespersons have no problem with are the Men's dress shirts made in Thailand. We do not want to take all honors for that, but we are sure that due to our consistent control, there is never any "slacking of period" in the factory. It has come to our attention that you are doing buisness in Thailand.
