I believe a strong value-added opportunity exists for those interested in investing now in the USA. I am consultant based in Florida with extensive experience in site selection of income property as well as land for commercial development. Expertise ranges from smaller urban retail parcels to large land developments in excess of 100 acres. We have represented both private owner-developers and public corporations. I have personally witnessed a great return to foreign investors who take advantage of a strong exchange rate.

I will be in Amsterdam December 26th-30th and am available for a brief meeting if interested.
