Thanks! These guys are great! Everything I wanted in Tai Chi. Read Master Jou's book, and was very impressed, to say the least. I like Shifu Donnelly's no-nonsense approach. Teacher really worked hard to embody the concentration in her movement - she just looks like "tai chi!" I hope to take some of the martial workshops they offer - espec. w/ Dr. Painter. He's one of Inside Kungfu's TOP guys! Wow - tai chi is hard work - what a workout, but it's the BEST!

Took a class with Master Donnelly at this event called "Zhang San Feng Festival" - I think she managed the other ones for her teacher Master Jou at Tai Chi Farm. It was really very very cool. They even had the local news come in!My background is kempo, but I learned some very effective things at this event, and relly had some great insight from a class that Donnelly taught at the San Feng event. It was in Pennsylvania, and I moved to Maryland, so I'm sorry I couldn't try her classes in NJ - but I saw this message, and will vouch what she taught has really bumped up my sparring insights! Rock on, Master Loretta D!

Is this the tai chi Festival that everyone was talking about that Kungfu Tai Chi wrote about last year? I want to go this year! Who else is going? I just love the Poconos!

YES, Karene, this IS that Festival. I hope to see you there! Everyone is going to have a great time again and learn a lot of new things... and meet a lot of great friendly people! Pete - Thanks for the compliments - see you next private lesson on Friday! Roger - Thanks - and BE SURE to catch Dr. Painter after the Festival this year (2006) in his Jiulong Baguazhang push hands and application "boot camp" at East Stroudsburg University June 5-9, 2006. Hope to see you there, Tai Chi Jen and TieGee 10 (hey, they rhyme!). Take a tai chi vacation in the Pocnos - register before MAY 25 for discounts, or register when you walk in. SEE WWW.TaiChiFest.COM Seeeeeeee yyooooouuuu! :-)
