I think this is a very bad idea. You will excel much more in an english speaking country with a proficiency in english.Anyone offering schooling without a need for proficiency in english is doing you a disservice. Not to mention I can't imagine anyone who would want to study somewhere that doesn't know the differnce between "Canada" and "New Mexico"!
