Just had the most horrible experience with Vodafone and want to warn you all. A person convicted of misuse of his cell phone (yes vodafone) and who is banned from contacting me under a protection order just attempted to contact me via the same number (his vodafone) again - upon calling vodafone to report the incident and ask for help I was appalled to hear that they would 'treat it as urgent and let him know he couldn't contact me' - EXCUSE ME? this guy has been tried and convicted using the very same number and phone and they have done NOTHING - be careful people - the lure for vodafone of making their dollar versus an individual's security and safety is clearly their aim - do not trust their claims on their site - they DO NOT uphold complaints and convictions - they prefer to get a regular income - and they wonder why they are losing customers...
