would like to hear from some foreigners living in Nicaragua. Are there any europeans living there? Are there any artists???

Where is the most bohemian area??? where artists and free spirits not interested in investing there as just living!

Would love to hear from expats living there who may be kind enough to give some tips about living there.

Hello: I am a semi-retired PhD Psychology professor here in Daytona Beach, Florida and I am planning on moving to Nicaragua

sometime in August 2009.Iintend to ccntinue doing some writing, learn Spanish, teach English, Psychology and help Nicaraguans with Speech problems (tartamudeo).I am also a disc jockey with lots of music :jazz, blues, American Dance music and I could possibly be a DJ at a club. I am looking close to ths San Juan del Sur

area or close by.Would prefer an apartment/room in a house.I hope to stay for at least 2 years. If anyone can help I can be contacted at my e-mail Msylvester@copper.net

OMG. You really need help. Do not move to Nicaragua because it is not only the most corrupt country in the area, but its very unsafe as well. Anything else is good but Nicaragua.
