hi my name is Roxana i'm from el salvador i guess nicaraguan foods kind of alike with salvadorean foods i have a boyfriend and he is from nicaragua he loves his foods of course but i can;t cook them i have been in the U.S for almost all my life so all i cook is american food i love vegetables not really a meat person hopefully i could get some recipes so i could start cooking what he likes kind of like back home you now
