Niuean recipes for my class

Recipes and Food from Niue.

I have some Niuean students in my class and we are studying food and other cultures. One component is for them to select their own culture and find out about particular dishes, ways of preparing food, rituals with food, festivals with food culminating in cooking some Niuean traditional food.
There is a really short timeframe for this and I need recipes (in case the students can't find any from their Niuean parents) which they will cook in two weeks time.
I would appreciate any help or information.
