RELOCATING TO NICARAGUA? I am renting a beautiful 2 story home in La Estancia Santo Domingo, the best place to live in Managua. The home is only 3 years old and it's impecable. I lived in it for 1-1/2 years and rented it for 8 months to an American couple. It has three bedrooms, three baths, living, dining, second story terrace, covered patio and maid's quarters. It's fully equipped with split AC's in the bedrooms, ceiling fans and wooden venetian blinds throughout, water cistern/pump & battery inversors. The master bedroom is really a master suite (two full bedrooms put together) and has plenty of room for bedroom and office/sitting area with delicious cross ventilation. It's a small 12 home gated community within La Estancia with 24 hour security. It's really nice; it's quite; it's safe. One year lease $2, 100 per month plus $50 security service, first month and two months security deposit. Please email if you have any questions.
