LOG CABIN MUST BE RELOCATEDCabin and contents for sale – price negotiable. Available to move now. Located between Durham and Chapel Hill, NC. The cabin is on the site where we want to build a new home. Log cabin is 25 years old and constructed from old tobacco barn logs. Logs are mostly oak and look hand hewn. The large stone fireplace is fitted with a Buck stove. The house is slightly over 1000 square feet and comes equipped with heat pump, stacked washer/dryer, stove and side-by-side refrigerator. Some furniture also included. Downstairs contains a living room, eat-in kitchen and bedroom with full bath. Second floor has bedroom with skylight and another full bath.

I have a small approx 18x20 story and a half log cabin. It is unique because it has a overhang which makes a nice porch and a larger second story. I will sell just the structure, the structure with replacement peices(only about 3 beams need replaced), or I can load it up and put it where you want it.
