Sculpture in Relief

Ron Ricks (69.8.19.111) -

We have a sculpture in relief with the initials "JB" joined together, within a circle on the lower left hand side, 40" across and 48" tall. Weights approximately 75 pounds - appears to be made of horse hair and plaster - bronze color - figure of a horse pushing a large vase, with (we think) Dog Wood Blossoms in the background. Shipped from Norway - we have owned it for about 25-30 years. Does anyone know anything about this sculpture? Any information would be appreciated.
