Try looking at Heffel online Maud Lewis art auction. I like the painting of the oxen and haycart. Given the simplicity and colour, it looks like an earlier painting of hers.

I have posted 2 pictures of a Maud Lewis painting I am selling that my grandmother purchased from Mrs. Lewis herself in 1969. You can see them at the link above.
