Hi, I had been to Saudi Arabia for few years and I got it attested my degree certificates from Notary, Home department-State, HRD department in Mumbai and also from external affairs, New Delhi, Saudi Embassy, New Delhi about 3/4 years back. Now I got a job in Oman. For attestation of degree certificates, I can only get attested from Oman Embassy, New Delhi because attestation of notary, home department, HRD, Mumbai has already been done on my certificates. Or is it necessary to do it again. Please enlighten me. Prof.Bogam sadanand Please let me know
