I have been offered a job at the Creative Private school in Muscat. What is the school like? I will be earning 630 O.R. Would i be able to live on that salary bearing in mind that I do not drink and am an outdoor person who loves travelling. I am a westener from Southern Africa. My package includes fully furnished accomodation, medical and insurance with a gratuity at the end of my contract and an annual flight home.

as i hear from some people it is one of the very high standard schools and located in a very nice place in country, that salary is very fine and you could live a buitifull life in this country so no worries.

hey guys im gonna go to Oman. they are paying me 750 OMR.but the accomodation is included in this 750 OMR.

Can you plz tell me if that is good or not.

We have been offered teaching job in Oman, near Ghubrah for a salary of 700 rials/month combined salary. It includes House rent allowance. We have two children who will get free education. Will it be a good option to shift frm India?

I have been offered a job in Muscat and my office is located in Ruwi . They are paying me 1100 riyals + yearly bonus+ medical and annual flight home but i will have to arrange my own accomodation . Couls plz any one tll me wht is the rent for 1 bedroom apartment in Ruwi and wht is the advance which i have to pay fr the apartment. Alos let me know what will be my expenses. I am a bachlore . Request to reply ASAP as i need to accept offer ina days time .

Am a Indian fresh computer engineer. I got an offer from a company there for a stipend of 250 Oman Riyals. They offered me furnished apartment, Annual Flight Tickets, water, Electricity. Would u tell me. Can I meet the living expenses with this pay package????

Dear all, I am a civil engineer, and now i am living in muscat with my wife and children 6 years old, after i get a job in one of the construction companies in Oman, I think the living here is very quite and beautiful, but the accommodation fees is very high so you have to consider this. also the school getting more expensive, at least you need to have 400 O.R. per month plus accommodation plus school fees plus health insurance to live in muscat.
