Wondering... (207.200.116.72) -

Would it be illegal for me to live with my girlfriend in Oman? We're not mrried yet and I know that some Muslim countries are strict about this kind of thing. Is it like that in Oman too?

I know people who have done it. It's not something I'd advertise simply for the sake of not getting criticized. But I strongly doubt anyone would ever know if you were/weren't married unless you told them... and even then you'd just be frowned on. It's not illegal or anything. Oman tends to be a fairly liberal country.
