Dear All,

I am new to Oman and is not very familiar with real estate proecdures. Since more than a month I have been looking for 2 B/R flat in Darsiat, Ghubrah, Al Khuwair... but all in vain. At last I found one in Ghubrah but to my dismay it is owned by one Bangladeshi and has leased it to one guy who has rented the flat to us @ RO 450/- After moving we found that the building is not safe for a family as many bachelors are staying on the top floor. Plus the building is not maintained at all. Which has given invitation to pests.... I am in the verge of moving again. Please help me.

My name is SYED MUHAMMAD ALI. I need a very small 1 room flat with kitchen , hall, toilet but separate.

I am new in Oman and i do not know what will be the rent of the above flat. Please guide me . My family will come very soon. My family is very small we are 3 members in my family only including my self.

Kindly tell me that where i will found the above house .
