i'l BE HONEST. FIRSTLY YOU HAVE TO BE MEGA RICH AND ONLY WOULD WANT TO SEND A CAR TO MAKE A STATEMENT TO YOUR PAKISTANI FRIENDS / FAMILY( MEANING YOU'VE GOT CASH)AND BE VERY SILLY INDEED. THERE IS A PERFECTLY GOOD REASON WHY I HAVE SAID THIS.

1. THE CAR HAS TO BE 3 YEARS OLD ONLY. THEY WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR CAR SO THEREFORE YOUR CAR WOULD BE CONSUMED BY THE PAKISTANI GOVERMENT. AS IT HAPPENED TO ME!!!!!

2. THEY CHARGE OVER 100% CUSTOM , DUTY ETC ETC. MEANING IF YOUR CAR IS WORTH £1000 IN THE UK IT WILL BE WORTH APRROX £5000 IN PAKISTAN. SO THEREFORE YOU WOULD PAY OVER £5000 IN PAK RUPPEES TO GET YOUR CAR CLEARED.THERE IN TOTAL YOU HAVE PAID £1000 TO BUY THE UK CAR + £600 TO GET THE CAR SHIPPED OVER + £5000 TO CLEAR YOUR CAR. TOTAL £6500. AND YET THE CAR IS ONLY WORTH £5000 IN PAKISTAN. CATCH MY DRIFT.

custom duty on cars is almost the 100% of the price of the car or more than that.. not less that that.. its for normal conditions. if uve resided for more than three years and your premanently shifting to Pakistan, than some concesion is given which you can check on pakistan custom website.
