Hi guys

In my humble opinion,the prices of real estate are still VERYVERY high for a country where per capita income is $847. It seems that the prices will continue to fall at the accelerated pace and will bottomed up at around 60 percent of the current values. I am studying in sydney and want to grab a 10 Marla Plot in Islamabad but afraid of being caught by a fraud company as Mujahid mentioned the other day. Any comments/Advice for Islamabad at the moment!!!!
