Overseer job to see contracts and other work given to contractors

Malik Riaz was involve in corruption and eating money in deals and has cuts in deals

Malik Riaz was catch red hand in corruption and was dismiss from MES (this is on MES case file)

He was not arrest because he give good money and then he get away

Then he got relationship with chief of navy staff who also get arrest for Augusta submarine fraud

Malik Riaz start Bahria Town with giving money to navy top people

Then we all know that he loot poor people

This is the short story of the biggest real estate dakoo of Pakistan

I don't know more about Malik Raiz but when I visit the site of Bahria Town Lahore I discuss with so many worker everybody like him.

He is only person in Pakistan who his helping the poor people as providing the low price houses and also many people are geting jobs because of Bahria Town project.

If anybody is doing welfare for poor people everybody is becoming against him. But if anybody looting the poor people and helping the rich people then everybody like him.

DEAR ALL I WANNA BUY A PLOT IN BAHRIA TOWN PHASE 4 NEAR MINI GOLF CLUB. THE ONLY CONCERN I HAVE THAT IS IT OK TO BUY LAND IN BAHRIA TOWN. BECUASE SO MANY PEOPLE SAYS THAT THIS LAND IS OWNED BY GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN AND IT WILL BE TAKEN AWAY AFTER SOME TIME OR AFTER MALIK RIAZ PASSED AWAY.

i am reader of daily jinnah. in this paper mr. riaz malik writes an article named "Haqiqat" which is ful of lesson and gives a moral emotion. he writes against the dictators and against those who are looting the people.

I am also of the opinion that whatever Malik Riaz did, no one could ever do for Pakistan. He struggled, worked hard and used his brain (no matter in what capacity) but he has developed something which is worth seeing and living. He has actually contributed to the development of Pakistan. And there is no doubt that he has provided livelihood to thousands. Count on your fingers as how many rich men in Pakistan have done something for its poor citizens except loading them with hunger and making them striving for basic needs as they are luxuries. At least he has also taken care of poor.

I would like to inform you a corruption of Bahria Town PPL.

one of our relative purchased a plot in bahria town rawalpindi.

after ten years of installments before giving possesion to him.

bahria town administration sent them a bill of Rs. 250000.00 claiming that Bahria Town constructing a Bridge in it.

what do Riaz Malik is doing grabbing poor ppls money and getting sasti shohrat through his news paper and with opening schools and etc. recently he is sending some aid to Trible areas of Pakistan. showing that he has very soft heart.

deeply if you think he will be soon in Govt and enjoy as minister. then (Mojan hi mojan)

what more if you want to see how much he earned from poor ppls of Pakistan plz see his program aik din GEO KAY SAATH. you will know what he has grabed.

Dear Bahria town alloties, Malik Riaz has done alright in developing bahria town Rawalpindi ph 1, 2, 3, 4 etc, but, regrettably his present pace of work especially in ph 8, 9 and his most propagated awami behbood scheme of awami villas in Rawalpindi is far behind alotties satisfaction. In the initial phases of bahria town he made a false impression, but, now he is cashing that false impression to entirely his own benefit by utilizing the alotties money in some other business, may b abroad. He made just 200 awami villas n pocketed corers n corers of money of remaining alotties as no rptd no work on the scheme is going anywhere in Rawalpindi.So is the case with ph 8 n 9.By this delaying tactics he is getting double benifit.No 1 he is utilizing alloties money in some other business and No 2, he thinks, this delay will make him justifiable for extra charges from alloties as escalation charges in due course of time. The So called awami YES SIR YES Prime Minister had sumptuous dinner at malik Riaz palace in Islamabad soon after becoming YESMAN PM, there by keeping his mouth shut by feeding his Tommy n offering him free VVIP plots.Malik Riaz may b planning to similarly oblige others like the STRONG MR 10% and TERRORS of Punjab, Out Spoken Governor n Theesmar khan Chief Minister so that ex overseer have full protection for his malpractices. Malik Riaz! REMEMBER, the past dictators n present so called Awami, but actually ppl blood suckers may close their eyes on u r misdoings. But ALL MIGHTY ALLAH is there to do justice for ur foul play with those who have trusted u by giving billions of their hard earned money for their own shelters. Last but not the least , I request all the affected alloties to wake up n expose ex overseer malik Riaz at all levels through print n electronic media to compel him for timely completion of all projects. i am living in abbottabad..a year ago along with the calaboration of my brother bought a house by association of PICIC bank (now NIB bank)..the installments of the house were being paid by my brother.. now he is jobless, and as he was the source of the money for the installments i am not able to pay the installments now as my husband's pay is insufficient for that..the bank is insisting again and again for the payment..the last date of the submission of the installment is 31st Dec, 2008 or they will put my house in auction.the total amount of 7 installments is 5 lac 46 thousand which we have not submitted. kindly help me i"ll be in your debt forever..may God Almighty bless you..

Whatever Malik Riaz past is whatever he did he never murdered anyone and i am sure about that after watching him on the TV. I bet the whole team of about 60 ministers of Pakistan at present will never be able to achieve this much for Pakistan even though most of them are definitely more corrupt than Malik Riaz even if he is which I doubt very much. Yes he might have to bribe the top leaders and beaurocracy for getting hold of lands. Many of the innocent people have to pay bribe to get their own property back from the corrupt people specially political leaders or be ready to be killed by appointed killers.

I wish Malik Riaz could bribe someone at the top to get hold of beautiful Scenic area "BHARA KHAHOO" near Rawalpindi to make it as beautiful as it desrerved to be. The idiots have ruined it by not designing it in a proper way. No one even Pakistani graduate architects and town planners seem to have vision, ideas and asthetic sense like Malik Riaz who is just Matric.He is genious who could learn from his experience of being in other countries or by looking at pictures.

The person who is telling stories about his past corruptions should go and watch the latestIndian film " Slum Dog Millionaire" if he can understand the film.

While looking the sites at Rawalpindi Bahria Town right from Phase-I to Phase VIII, safari homes, villas & executive lodges etc one can only say "MASHA ALLAH" and pray for the long life of Mr Riaz Malik & his team. They are the best out of best in Pakistan

In my opinion, he should be given some big portfolio in Pakistan like President of Pakistan, Prime Minister or something more than this. I am sure, if given suchlike portfolio, he certainly have the guts to make Pakistan like something which you can see a glimps at Bahria Town. He is a magician, a wonderful person.

Though I myself have to pay a lot of money in the name of Developing charges (approx 6 lac more) in Phase 8 which was not included in the initial contract of the installments but even though I think he never looted the poor.

Had it been somebody else, would have certainly loooooooooooted and fled the country.
