I would like to make it easy to understand. I don't think I need to say it again and again that this is best buy in Lahore . Price have decreased due to slump in real estate market and have made it possible to buy these files at cheap. Some people have paid 10 lacs for same files with only 2 paid installments in early April that are now selling for 6 or 7 lacs with 3 paid installments today. If nothing else this alone is a huge discount. People in overseas block Lahore booked plots at twice the cost of sector C todays cost. So any one that buy these sector C files will immediately get 10 lacs bonus . Sukh Chayn Gardens Bahria overseas block or Lake City Bella Vista have yet to start development work.( If launch of these projects is delayed .It could take even longer for those projects to start work. They only get money for development after the launch and succesful bookings). Bahria Town sector C is already over 50% complete. It is no secret Bahria Town Lahore sector C is currently the largest phase for any developers with 1000 plots for 1 kand 15000 plots for 10 marla. It is being developed at the fastest pace then any other project in Lahore and and any other project in Pakistan. It is the best quality work any where in Lahore or in Pakistan ( see pictures in maps and pictures area ). Bahria Town plan to make this a crown jewel to launch all future projects in Lahore. Sector C main road is ( 180 feet to 210 feet wide ) . Independence drive will have many new high rise COMM and RESD buildings on it. Sector C is being developed faster to launch those high rise buildings in coming months. Bahria Town is in the middle of MEGA projects like Rs 60 billion Lake City Bella Vista Lahore ans Rs 9 billion Chinese/Saudi-Pakistani investors Sukh Chayn Gardens ( will have high rise and Luxury Villas too ). Current booking price for Lake City Bella Vista is 46 lacs (Almost twice the current sector C 1 ktotal about 23-27 lacs and Sukh Chayn Gardens is 36 lacs for a ktoday ). Both Sukh Chayn Gardens and Lake City are superb projects by very big investors. My point is you have sector C at bargain price compared to them and you have chance to see much more gain in sector C because of these two new projects. Not only that sector C have advantage of being on better location (closer to C) it also have thousands of developed plots and safari villas on its boundary along with fully developed AWT phase 2 ( Army Welfare Trust HS). On south you have Sui Gas phase 2 and NFC phase 2 . I cant buy all plots in sector C .So I am leaving few for you to grab . Bahria Town sector C have all the land was already checked and cleared by NAB in Nov 2004. And approved by LDA to continue development work in sector C. Good luck . Happy gains in sector C this week this month and in next 2 years. Sector C should rise good this week starting from today. election result is clearly in favor of Musharaf sahib so look for some gains. Nothing wrong with dividing money a different places to be safe. Keep in mind whole market can fall even further but we are already 40% lower then where we were in April. Down side risk is 10% Upside chance of gain is 90% now.Odds for gain have increased a lot. We will have slow period until Ramzan. But watch out when people that come to Pakistan in middle of Ramzan for Eid from Gulf Europe and USA start shopping. This market will inshallah rise and rise strong. Please don't invest just on my advice.Listen to every one but do what you like most. Do your own research and invest only when you feel its right thing to do. Dont over stretch your self. I could be thinkg wrong again as I have been wrong many time with my guess work in past like 1000s others here. Even this week I am wrong one more time. I said DHA phase 7 files will not go under 44 and they were selling at 43.50 now once again. I just try to point out where risk is less and reward is more.
