| retied policy {rules}My father had taking retirement from army in 1973. he work 4 years in the rank 2253987 L/NK.I apply in the F.G Since Degree College For men for seeking admission in FSC pre engineering.My name has came in the list .Today{10 Aug 2009} I went for the interview.They rejected me saying to my father that your retirement book is valid only for 10 years after the retirement and they have said that if you have pension book you can got admission.But my father dose not have because he take retirement before age limit.And said that this is army rule.so please tell me what could I do.Is this army retied rule?.and my big brother has taken admission in same college in 2005 but they have not said this rule before as you can see that 10 years were past at that time.My sisters has taken admission in F.G college fog women in G/10-4 Islamabad they have dose not said about this rule. |

I was working in Japanese Co. (incorporated in Japan) for 30 years now Co.Rule 30 years service or 55 years age which evercome first based i retired from co. though I am only 52 years. and Japanese are also working at the age of 60 years in Karachi.and also we did not received my P.F. full and final settlement since i retired 30th October, 2008.
