I am a Filipino Citizen. I'm engaged to U.S Navy man. We are planning to get married in Palau. How we can get married in Palau? What is the requirements? Should we need to apply a fiance visa? which is my fiance stationed in Japan. Is it true that the Filipino Citizen don't need visa to get to Palau?
