Mark Nelson, an artist formally trained in the Republic of Panama, returns this 2007 summer to install a new mural as part of a permanent collection of artwork from Panamanian and U.S. artists for the new U.S. Embassy of Panama. Since leaving Panama, Nelson has resided in a Mexican Barrio of Chicago where he is part of a latino community of artists.
