I am looking for a furnished apartment in Panama City (but will consider other locations). Requirements:

1) Short term 1-3 months (possibly longer for the right place).

2) Furnished.

3) 1 or 2 bedrooms.

4) Decent location.

5) DSL or 2-way cable internet; be prepared with upload/download specs and a traceroute and ping or two.

Greg, just out of curiosity, how much would an apartment like that go for? Would the rent be extremely different outside the city? Would you be able to meet those requirements outside the city?
