My wife and I are considering retiring in Chiriqui. I'm looking for a website with listings for Volcan and David (boquete seems to have prices similar to u.s. If I'm wrong, please let me know).

There is no place like Volcan. Its one of my personal favorites. It beats the heck out of Boquete. Check out the properties across the street from the Hotel Bambito. I recomend them highly (I bought one as a personal investment) Check out my page. I would be happy to answer any questions on Volcan.

Have you thought of looking at Veraguas, most land is titled, still priced quite cheap and the scenery is beautiful. There are quite a few listings on www.real-estate.com.pa with most tited and priced under $100, 000
