Two studies were just released regarding the fact that natural cocoa have health benefits. A Professor spent years studying the effects of cocoa on the Kuna people in Panama. Evidently epicatechin, a flavanol found in high levels of natural cocoa, is as important as penicillin in regards to their health. Very interesting!!
