Panama - Retirement

Can someone tell me the pros and cons to this area / development. My wife and I are considering this development and area for retirement.
Again, if anyone has any insight we would appreciate it.

We are in the process of building a house in the Montanas de Caldera development. It's about 1/2 done. We think this is the best development in the Boquete area for a number of reasons.
The location is between David and Boquete town, so it's convenient to both areas. The weather is much better than Boquete (not as cold), but less hot than David.
The developers are building to American/international standards, and the quality of construction and finishes are excellent. They
A lot of thought has been put into their master plan, with gardens and walking trails throughout the development. Underground electrical and utilities. Pre-wired for high speed internet (and fiber optics).
