I am looking for a Bed and Breakfast or small hotel (preferred with kitchenette)within walking distance of a beach near Panama City? We can rent a car to get there if necessary. Trackbacks

There is this place called Las Sirenas which is a cabana with a complete kitchen. This is not a bed & breakfast and the beach is very close. Las Sirenas is an hour away from Panama City. Here is a review that I found on Las Sirenas: Panama City: Las Sirenas: "Wonderful & Immaculate Place to Stay !" LN, St. Augustine FL Sep 27, 2006 Stayed here for three peaceful days and nights and was sooooo sorry to leave. This resort looks over the ocean, so you can hear the waves all the time and is so restful. Each little house has its own patio with a hammock and table and chairs to enjoy the balmy weather. Very tastefully newly decorated and grounds well kept up; our suite was super clean (which is the most important thing to me). All kitchen utensils and coffee supplied. Very private place; can walk down the beach to nearby restaurant. Can't wait to return here. This place is a must for beach access, cleanliness and wonderful views with wonderfully maintained grounds. Hated to leave; and we will definitely be back!!!

This sounds like a nice place and exactly what I'm looking for on my visit. We are thinking of booking this place for our vacation. I hope the water is really good for swimming. We like to swim not just lay on the beach.

Please give us a review of that place if you book there. I would stay at that place but I don't think it will be suitable for my crowd because I don't think it;s going to be any peace and quietness. LOL!
