Someday, I'm hoping, a few entrepreneurs open up coffee shop/ bakery /ice cream parlors that also offer a stage to local talent while giving local people a gathering spot and a venue to display their own work. Delco has this in a small scale but it needs to be larger to accommodate and encourage large groups and not alienate anyone.
Pizza parlors become a haven to teenagers. We need more gathering spots that also offer a stage to entertainers.
