10 ACRES of wooded land in Central Pennsylvania with a very livable 1970's model house trailer Mobile home that could be used as a Hunting Camp or Residence. Also has a complete new sand mound cetified sewage system that has never been used yet. Also on the property close to house trailer is a 28' x 30' lockable insulated aluminum garage, with electic utilities already hooked up.

Located apoximately 2 to 3 miles miles from Moshannon State Forest And State Game Lands. Goshen township, Clearfield, PA Great for Hunting property with easy but yet remote township road access. Newer steel gate at drive way entance. OR would also be a great site for that second rural remote setting home or cabin less than a 1 hour drive from State College, Penn State and DuBois, PA.

Acreage is a nice squared property of 10 acres so you could build in the middle and be very secluded. Only a few miles drive to the West Branch of the Susquehanna river.
