My dad is selling his 2 bedroom mobile home with 1 acre or so of ground on route 120 near Renovo. It is about 12 miles from Lock Haven,PA. This would make an excellent hunting camp as it is surrounded by state game land. It has a beautiful view of the Susquehanna river and great entrance to it to swim or boat. It is well out of the flood area also. It has a big stone drive way and a huge separate garage that would be great for processing your meat or a workshop. They are selling it for $60,000 negotiable. Forgot to mention that it has a new roof and also an additional room built on that they use for a laundry room/my dads guns but would make a nice 3rd bedroom! I will have pics this week!! Hope someone is interested so my dad can move closer to me,lol. I forget what state forest land it is on but you can look it up if you want to or e-mail me and I'll find out. It is located in Grugan township on route 120. It is about 8 miles before Renovo and about 20 mins or so from Kettle Creek State Park which is a very popular fishing spot. Bye!!

The price is negotiable. A realitor did give them a price he could sell it at though so I wasn't too far off. He sells alot of camps in that area. I'll try to have pics by Thursday!! Thanks!

This place is still for sale, we are listing it with Fish Real estate next month (around Feb. 25th) if we don't sell it by then. So if you want to get a good deal, get it now!
