Electric is already hooked up, a well is a definite possibly, but the ground will not perk test. Trailer has holding tank available for sucker and a small chemical toilet is also available.

This camp has a great cleared yard/fire ring area and is nicely secluded from view.

My dad is selling his 2 bedroom mobile home with 1 1/2 acres of ground on route 120 near Renovo. It is about 12 miles from Lock Haven,PA. This would make an excellent hunting camp as it is surrounded by state game land. It has a beautiful view of the Susquehanna river and great entrance to it to swim or boat. It is well out of the flood area also. It has a big stone drive way and a huge separate garage that would be great for processing your meat or a workshop. They are selling it for $60,000 negotiable. i have a 2 acre camp on caladonia pike for sale.the land is located right next to the state forrest and the hunting there is excellent.it is private property and is not leased, there is a well but no septic. there is an out house that is grandathered in the dead. very few restrictions. any one interested feel free to email me for details. make sue you put hunting camp in the subject line.

i have a 4 bedroom house for sale in East Renovo.

and it is a great opportunity for anyone looking in the area for camps or retreats.

or just a big old beautiful house to live in.

Reasons being;

1#) IT IS CHEAPER THAN MOST CABINS

#2.)From the panaramic the view off the porch and from the two front bedrooms,

you will see more wildlife than at any cabin you can find. since the mountains, the river, and the pond are "isolated" , (park and state forest owned, that will never be built on), and the 1-2 hundred thousand acres that are behind it, all the deer and bear and foxes and herons and bald eagles and hawks and coyotes and bobcats and turkey and pheasant and grouse and porqupine and so much more, is over there, not to mention all of the same, on this side of the river.

#2. All the comforts of home hot showers, toilets, and electric, DSL, light, heat. statlite TV

#3. You own 1 million acres. Just pretend public state forest land is yours (which it is) and you can do all the exploring and hunting, and fishing, swimming, and canoeing, and kyaking and hiking, and camping, and mt. biking, and rock climbing, cave diving. pretty much anywhere just out of town.

except you don't have to pay taxes on it.

#4. Could rent out or use as b&b when vacant.

#5. All menities are all within walking distance: grocery, hardware, outdoor and

dollar stores, gas stations, bars, resturants...

I have a beautiful camp on about an acre bordering the Allegheny National Forest near Ridgway PA. Camp is very unique and is on the best lot in that area...Camp is nestled on a gradual sloping hillside with a natural spring running beside the camp. The back porch has great views of the creek that runs below. There is electricity and a fireplace. Camp is well maintained and I will be selling with all furniture inside. Selling as I no longer live in the area and remaining family who takes care of the camp will be moving in the future...it is time for a new family to enjoy. This camp has a UNIQUE Feature -- it can be MOVED anywhere in the 180, 000 Moshannon State Forest Area.
