Hi,We are looking to buy a cabin on state game lands in PA. No electric or plumbing preferred. A spring would be great. Fire place or wood stove or pot belly stove would be great too! We love rustic and unique! Thank you.

My father belongs to a hunting cabin and they have just decided to list it for sale.....There is electric, but no running water. You get it from a near-by stream. It does have a fire place with an insert. There is not a heater. It sits back off the road and is secluded. You are surrounded with trees, however, there is some yard to it. No bathroom - but own out-house...and you wash out of a basin....this is a true hunting cabin. The cabin is located in Pike Township near Marshalls' Creek. If you need further info, I will have one of the members, or the realtor contact you. I am sorry, but I do not know the Realator or I would share this info with you. They just listed it yesterday. It is very nice for a hunting cabin!

I have a house for sale in Renovo Pa. This house is one of a kind and it is a great opportunity for anyone looking in the area for camps or retreatsor just a big old beautiful house to live in. It would make an beautiful vacation house, weekend getaway, or hunting base. The town is surrounded by 200, 000 acres of the Sproul State forest, which is surrounded by many other state forests, parks, natural, and wild areas, totaling over 1 mil acres. part of the elk range and Pa Wilds. Hunting, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, mt biking, 4 wheeling, snowmobling, swimming, cross country sking, camping, canoeing everywhere, even hangliding and long windy scenic drives in valleys and on top mountains. *From the panaramic view off the porch and two front bedroom windows, you will see more wildlife than at most cabins. Since the mountains, the river, and the pond are "isolated" , and park and state forest owned, that will never be built on, and the 1+ hundred thousand acres behind it, deer, bear, foxes, herons, eagles, hawks, coyotes, bobcats, turkey, pheasant, grouse, porqupine, and much more, are right there, not to mention all of the same on this side of the river(behind the house). * All the comforts and space of home: hot showers, toilets, electric, DSL, television.... Friends or loved ones who don't like "roughing it" or staying in a shack, can relax by the fire and watch a movie. or soak in the 67" antique tub and swing on the porch enjoying some of the clearest night skies in Pennsylvania, overlooking the river and mountains. * Your own 1 million acres. Its just called public state forest land (which is yours, except you don't have to pay for it). and you can still do all the exploring and hunting, and fishing, swimming, and canoeing, and kyaking and hiking, and camping, and mt. biking, and 4 wheeling and picnics, pretty much right outside of town and beyond. * All amenities are all within walking distance: grocery, hardware, outdoor and dollar stores, gas stations, liquor, bars, resturants, churches, etc... * Safe neighborhood. * You could rent out and or use as b&b when vacant. * A Great Investment. Home appreciation has risen 11.87% from 2005, and is sure to continue with the towns "Beautification Project", tourist promotion, and Renovo Railyard reopening. more info at www.lockhaven.com/express/news/articles.asp?articleID=5467 or www.railroad.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=16084 * It costs less and has lots of room! With $2000 down = $324.00/month (30 yr fixed 5.5%) * "They don't make em like they used to." Its a solid, well built house, that has stood strong for almost 100 years, and hardly aged. *Rates are down 5.39% (15yr) . Contact me with any questions, concerns or for more pictures of the house or area.

I have a beautiful camp on about an acre bordering the Allegheny National Forest near Ridgway PA. Camp is very unique and is on the best lot in that area...Camp is nestled on a gradual sloping hillside with a natural spring running beside the camp. The back porch has great views of the creek that runs below. There is electricity and a fireplace. Camp is well maintained and I will be selling with all furniture inside. Selling as I no longer live in the area and remaining family who takes care of the camp will be moving in the future...it is time for a new family to enjoy. Camp has been admired by many for years and sale will not last long. I have photos of inside and out to share. Viewings can be arranged with father who is in the area.
