We are looking to buy a cabin preferably on state game lands in PA. No electric or indoor plumbing is ok. A spring would be great. Fire place or wood stove or pot belly stove would be great too! We love rustic and unique!

Looking for a camp in Saunders Hollow are of Moshannon State Forrest. Off Caledonia Pike or Saunders Road would be the preference. Hunted there for almost 25 years and would really like to get a camp. We stay at Parker Dam currently.

Preparing to sell well kept three bedroom cabin/cottage on approx. 1 acre north of Cook's Forest State Park, and south of Marienville, PA. Cottage has full kitchen, full bathroom w/ washer/dryer, natural gas heat, and borders several hundred acres of undeveloped property. All appliances in good working order, though kitchen appliances could use updating. Property also has original two-room cabin at rear of property, which is currently used for storage, and original outhouse. Approx. 1 mile to closest stocked trout stream, and less than 5 minutes to public boat launch on Clarion River. List price undetermined, but looking to sell in upper 50's.

I am looking to purchase a cabin in central to south central pennsylvania. The cabin can be small, but must have running water. Electricity is preferred buy not a requirement. The cabin can have some acreage to it. I want to access this land from Maryland so I don't want to go too far North into PA. Having a stream, river, or lake in the general vicinity would be nice, but not necessary. I want a get-away property so cell phones don't need to work!
