"Prospective Buyer"

Looking to buy a four season cabin adjoining state land in the Penn State Area. Prefer the Rothrock Forest Area, but would consider Sproul. Power can be generator. Heat & cooking can be propane. But, well water and septic system with drain field are a must. Looking for two bedrooms with one full bath (main floor) and sleeping loft as a minimum, but would consider larger. Would prefer walk out basement, but crawl space is ok.
